Single Cell RNA Sequencing is a sequencing technology that measures the gene expression levels of individual cells in a sample. It enables the characterization of the distribution of cells in a sample, identification of rare or unknown cell types, and estimation of cellular state transitions or differentiation processes through Pseudotime analysis. Additionally, immune profiling can be performed by fusing the cell-level expression data with V(D)J recombination data for B cell receptors and T cell receptors, as well as clonotype data for antibodies, to reveal the immune repertoire of a sample.
Theragen Bio measures the quality of individual cells, removes low-quality cells, and normalizes the remaining cells to measure their gene expression levels. Based on the measured expression levels, it predicts the cell type and provides meaningful genetic information through differentially expressed gene analysis (DEG analysis) for each cell type. Moreover, based on the similarity and difference of gene expression in cells, Theragen Bio provides information on gene expression changes during cell differentiation processes and over time.
